Woven Pillows and Cushions "Gate" by Nathalie Du Pasquier & George Sowden
"Gate" Pillows & Cushions by Nathalie Du Pasquier and & George Sowden
The Du Pasquier and Sowden cushion collection is woven in our Italian mill using a special black and white yarn that is both soft to the touch, whilst resistant to fading in the light.
Using a special jacquard weaving loom, the fabric is woven in the two colors giving a unique finish that has a structure to its feel and appearance. Available in two sizes.
We don't include the cushion filling as that's a personal choice for you to make.
Nathalie Du Pasquier and George Sowden are two internationally recognized designers, who came to the attention of the public as founding members of Memphis, the Italian group that changed the idea of design forever with the first Memphis exhibition in Milano, in September 1981. The work of Du Pasquier and Sowden was fundamental to the renewal of interest in decoration and their designs have become an iconic documentation of change from the early ’80s until today. ZigZagZurich is delighted to announce and produce this new collection.
