Delivery and Returns
We ship all over the world but not to some countries, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Find your delivery zone below and see the freight charges – as well as your free shipping rates.

If a delivery is deliberately refused after shipping and then returned due to refusal to accept a delivery, we reserve the right to deduct any fees incurred during shipping and return.
Shipping method & delivery time
All packages are shipped by Swiss Post or one of our suppliers FedEx or UPS. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed, provided all items are in stock.
Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
It is possible to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact our office at sales(at)zigzagzurich.com.
However, it is not possible to adjust your order after it has been completed. This includes changing the size or color of a product, changing the shipping address or payment method.
If your order has already been shipped, you must return the products to receive a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Duties & Taxes
All products shipped internationally may be liable for local sales taxes according to the final shipping address delivery.
We pay for all shipping & VAT in Western Europe but local government taxes are out of our control. All orders in Switzerland include 7.7% MwSt. On checkout you will see all the breakdown of taxes.
ZigZagZurich maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
ZigZagZurich returns policy
If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service immediately at sales(at)zigzagzurich.com prior to returning.
If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the unused products within 21 days.
All products must be returned with their original packaging, undamaged and unused (please note you can remove the product from the original packaging to test if you like the color & material) with all enclosed documentation.
We do not pay for free returns, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost.
Please note for all custom orders of curtains and bedding, where we have made products to your measurements, these are non refundable and non exchangeable. All sale and clearance items are as well non refundable and non exchangeable.
- 1) Please send us an email to sales(at)zigzagzurich.com in advance so that the return process can be noted by us. Please include your order number, name and address so that we can track the order directly.
- 2) Your products to be returned must be enclosed in their original packaging and packed securely. Please also include the return form attached below.
- 3) Your order will be received, checked and we will contact you for exchange or refund.
Important: The return form must be taped to the outside of the box once and placed inside the box once. If this is not done, you will be charged for the return and may be delayed in arriving. Please do not tape the original invoice to the outside of the box, only the return form.
