Sustainability & Climate Neutrality
There’s no replacement for earth, so we are committed to achieving carbon neutrality through sustainable production. We knew the only way to true achieve this is through vertical integration; by controlling the production all the way to the distribution, we can ensure that our materials, production methods and distribution methods are in line with our sustainability commitment.
Responsible Materials
From farm to finish – we’re deepening our commitment to a more sustainable supply chain. Whether it is using recycled wool, natural hemp & Linen or cork we ensure that they are sourced in a sustainable manner.
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® Certified Products: Our core products are Oeko-Tex® certified which means they pass the highest criterion of testing for safety. They are safe from over 100 harmful substances known to be dangerous to humans and the environment. Every component of the product is tested, from glue to thread.
Our unique development - ZigZagZurich shower curtains made of high-quality Panama cotton and linens, printed with original artist designs, we then treat the cotton with a special Impregnated with Teflon EcoElite™ Renewably Sourced Finish* coating making them 100% waterproof.
*Teflon EcoElite™ finish is a bio-based and non-fluorinated stain repellent technology that repels water and water-based stains.

Ethical Manufacturing
As a sign of our social responsibility and with Swiss roots, we focus on local production within a radius 500Km. An 'industrial handmade' quality standard is important to us.
Our main production facilities in Italy mean we have direct control over what we produce, how it is produced and under what social and environmental conditions our goods are manufactured. We weave our Alpaca Wool in sustainable mills. Our bed linens and textiles are hand finished, using artisan levels of confection and finishing, normally found on products costing two or three times more.
As we say, our products are Lovingly Made in Italy.
