Mischief by Liz Collins brings imaginative flowers and vivid botanical forms to the wall. Part of the Wunderkammer wallpaper collection, its playful composition introduces colour, curiosity and an expressive artist’s perspective to the interior.

Botanical Forms with an Artist’s Imagination

Flowers, stems and unexpected details create a decorative world that feels lively and personal. Mischief brings the visual language of New York textile artist Liz Collins into the interior, working as a colourful backdrop for art and furniture or as a statement on its own. The collection won the NYCxDESIGN Award in 2024.

how to hang wallpaper
how to hang wallpaper

Prepare your wall, then hang the wallpaper one strip at a time. The hanging method depends on the wallpaper type, so check which material you’ve chosen before you begin.

Step 1: Prepare the Wall

  • Make sure the wall is clean, dry, smooth and free from loose paint or old wallpaper.
  • Fill any holes or cracks, then sand the surface smooth.
  • Mark a straight vertical guide near where you’ll hang the first strip. This helps keep the wallpaper level.

Step 2: Hang Your Wallpaper

Standard Non-Woven Wallpaper

  • Apply suitable wallpaper paste evenly to the wall, one strip at a time.
  • Hang each strip dry, following your vertical guide.
  • Match the design at the edges and place strips side by side without overlapping.
  • Smooth gently from the centre outwards to remove air bubbles.
