We’re Moving – and Offering a Unique Rental Opportunity

It’s time – and we’re delighted to share some exciting news with you: 4Spaces and ZigZagZurich will be moving in October to the newly developed and prestigious “Tramdepot Hard” on the other side of the Limmat River. With this move, we will say farewell to our current location at Breitensteinstrasse 45.

Our existing showroom spaces on the ground floor and basement will become available for rent from that time – either as a temporary lease until July 2026 or, optionally, as a long-term rental.

The premises are located on the ground floor and basement:

• Ground floor: approx. 180 m², ceiling height 3.10 m, originally an auto repair shop
• Basement: (size to be confirmed) – stylishly and minimally renovated
• Kitchen and WC/shower included
• Three parking spaces directly in front of the building

The space is ideal for design- or art-focused projects, as well as retail concepts. Wipkingen combines the creative energy of District 4 with an urban vibe and excellent transport connections.
