Whilst studying English literature B.D. Graft (Germany, 1988) discovered that making art was the ideal way to calm his nerves and create his own world; a practice that became somewhat of an obsession and, eventually, a profession. The therapeutic nature of using simple content, colour and composition to reflect everyday life, often in a humorous way, is what B.D. Graft seeks to transfer to the observer. He doesn't want to give too much away, however – the spectator's meaning is just as important as his own.
