Ehsan Morshed

Ehsan Morshed, born in 1983 in Tehran, is an artist and print designer based between Berlin and Stockholm. After graduating from his MA at the Royal Academy in Antwerp, he has been working with various fashion brands, designing patterns and prints for textiles.
Teaching the „Representation Techniques Fashion / Fashion Drawing“ class to first and second year students, Morshed’s methodology initiated students to take an active role in developing their own techniques and visualise their aesthetic identity. Through his conceptual vision, Morshed eschews traditional modes of draping and life drawing in favour of engaging the students in new and innovative modes of representation and expression.
