Noru Seohyun Salur is a South Korean artist based between Zurich and Seoul. She studied at HEAD – Genève, specializing in contemporary visual arts. She takes scissors and paper as main tools to explore the notion of being empty and to be filled. Her artistic process revolves around capturing the spontaneity of improvisation, which forms the nucleus of her creative journey. The accidental compositions, born from continuous and instinctive cutting, develop their unique flow and energy. The arrangements of geometric shapes are m omentary crystallization out of myriads of different possibilities.
