Januario Jano

Januario Jano is an interdisciplinary visual artist based between London, Luanda, and Madrid. With a master’s degree in Fine Art from Goldsmiths University, Jano’s diverse practice spans sculpture, video, photography, textiles, sound installations, and performance. His work explores themes of memory, cultural identity, and production, challenging traditional notions of home and self through extensive research. Jano’s art reflects the interconnectedness of global economies, cultures, and populations, engaging with historical and contemporary narratives to offer new perspectives.
