Klaus Kremmerz is a stateless visual artist, who loves to travel, working anywhere with his his IPAD or his WACOM CINTIQ.
His visual style draws on underground American comix from the 1960s, such as R. Crumb, and borderline artists between pop and comics such as Ken Price, Ray Pettibon, John Wesley, Alex Katz and Wesley Willis. It is a storytelling style and since KK does not like contemporary illustration his influences do not draw from past present colleagues.
This is perhaps why his style is so fresh and original.
His work has been featured in: Fresh Communication Art , Adobe, We Present, Wetransfer, Itsnicethat, Creative Boom, Ball Pit, Elephant Magazine, Kiblind, Moka.
His clients include Hermes, Rimowa, Apple, Flos, ZARA, Huawei, Aman Resort, Hunter, Christie's, Picture House, TIME, New Yorker, Economist, New York Times, Monocle and many..many more.
