FAQ / Terms

1. Scope

These General Terms of Business (GTOB) govern the processing and shipment of all orders, including subscriptions, placed by customers online from ZigZagZurich.

2. Sole applicability of GTOB

These services are governed solely these GTOB.

3. Contract execution

All offers made by ZigZagZurich are non-binding. A contract between the customer and ZigZagZurich becomes effective only after the customer has placed an order and ZigZagZurich has accepted it. The customer generates his order online by completing the order form provided by ZigZagZurich on its website. ZigZagZurich signifies its acceptance of the order by delivering some or all of the products specified in it. All custom orders for products once confirmed are non-cancellable and non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made from the ZigZagZurich warehouse. Any delivery periods or delivery dates specified by ZigZagZurich are not binding on it. Articles ordered by subscription are delivered in several partial shipments.

5. Transfer of ownership

Any goods ordered remain the property of ZigZagZurich until payment of the full price specified in the current contract has been made by the customer.

6. Payment / shipping costs

Payment may be made by credit card. In Switzerland customers may also have the amount due invoiced to them. Unless specified otherwise, all prices exclude shipping costs. This applies to shipments worldwide.

7. Prices

ZigZagZurich reserves the right to raise or reduce the price of its products at anytime.

8. Unpaid accounts

If any balances due by the customer have not been paid, any outstanding shipments will be held back until proof of payment has been received.

9. Returned Items

ZigZagZurich grants its customers the right to send back any items ordered which are not to their liking within 14 days of their delivery date. This does not apply to articles which have been used or damaged, articles which are in SALE or clearance, any custom orders for bedding, curtains, products and any other customer specific custom orders .  For cosmetics, skincare and perfumes, all products must be returned unopened with the original seal intact, if this is broken then a refund cannot be issued.  It is clearly understood that orders for products that are custom sizes ( sizes specified by the customer ) these products cannot be returned.

10. Data protection

Personal data relating to customers are collated only to the extent permitted by law. The customer authorises the post office or courier to advise ZigZagZurich of his correct address if a shipment made by post could not be delivered to the address specified in an order.

11. Final provisions

Should one or more of the provisions of these GTOB cease to apply, this does not invalidate the entire contract. Any provisions which become inapplicable will be replaced with appropriate new provisions under the relevant jurisdiction.

This contract is governed solely by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction and performance relating to this contract is CH-8037, Switzerland.
