Eight columns of fresh-green squares march across an ivory ground, each shape subtly tilted so the grid feels alive rather than rigid. The result channels Du Pasquier & Sowden’s Memphis roots—simple modules, playful cadence—while the jacquard weave in pure New Zealand wool keeps the blanket light, warm, and ready to brighten sofa, bed, or terrace.

“Gate” began as an exercise in repetition: start with one square, repeat it, then nudge each copy a hair off-axis. The tiny rotations break perfect symmetry, turning a sober grid into a dance of near-identicals—like garden tiles laid by hand or windows seen from a moving train. Fold the blanket and new alignments appear, proving that even the simplest unit can spark endless visual rhythm when handled with Memphis curiosity.

Jacquard-woven from 100 % New Zealand wool, the blanket weighs about 1.4 kg yet feels airy. A tight double-face weave locks the pattern through to the reverse side while naturally crimped fibres insulate and breathe. The blanket is finished with colour-matched overlock stitching and carries OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 24CX00094 CENTROCOT certification for chemical safety.

how to measure

To order custom curtains, start by measuring your window or track width. You’ll then choose your desired fullness in the next step – we’ll take care of the final curtain width based on that.

Step 1: Measure the Width & Height

  • Track width: Measure the total width of your curtain rail or track.
  • Window width: If you don’t have a rail yet, measure the full width of your window and add extra space if you want the curtains to extend beyond the frame.

Take 3 measurements – from the top of the curtain track (or where you plan to install it) to the floor or desired curtain length:

  • Left side
  • Middle
  • Right side

Step 2: Choose Your Fullness

Fullness refers to the extra fabric used to create a soft, wavy drape. While you provide the actual width of your window or track, we use that as a base and apply additional fabric to achieve the desired visual effect.

You’ll select your preferred fullness in the next step

  • Exact (0%) – Clean and minimalist, no extra fabric.
  • Minimalist (+10%) – A slight gather, simple and modern.
  • Standard Modern (+50%) – A balanced, softly pleated look.
  • Luxurious (+100%) – Deep folds and a rich, elegant drape.
