The Beauty of the Error

Born from a corrupted file and digital distortion, “Glitch” turns mistakes into meaning. With its layered noise, fractured rhythm, and unexpected forms, this design transforms visual error into expressive pattern — a bold celebration of the unexpected.

When Imperfection Becomes Intent

Laura Knoops’ “Glitch” doesn’t hide the noise — it amplifies it. Inspired by a broken PDF file, analog feedback, and pixel drift, the piece explores what happens when structure fails and something new takes shape. Glitches transform into rhythm. Errors become code. The design pulses with visual tension, challenging conventional ideas of precision and beauty. It’s a bold, kinetic statement — and a reminder that creativity often begins with the unexpected.

Our latest development in luxury textiles for the home: artist shower curtains woven in cotton with original art that supports the artists directly with every product sold.

We took the highest quality European woven heavyweight Panama cotton for our shower curtains, printed with our original artists' work. Once printed, we then treat the cotton with a special Eco TEFLON coating, which seals the cotton making it waterproof & stainproof, yet still soft to the touch like real Panama cotton. Each cotton shower curtain is hand-made then in Italy - the eyelets use the highest quality Stainless Steel, all hand-finished.

So no more plastic shower curtains, or plastic liners - you can have real cotton shower curtain luxury in your bathroom with original artwork from our artists from around the globe.

To order custom curtains, start by measuring your window or track width. You’ll then choose your desired fullness in the next step – we’ll take care of the final curtain width based on that.

Step 1: Measure the Width & Height

  • Track width: Measure the total width of your curtain rail or track.
  • Window width: If you don’t have a rail yet, measure the full width of your window and add extra space if you want the curtains to extend beyond the frame.

Take 3 measurements – from the top of the curtain track (or where you plan to install it) to the floor or desired curtain length:

  • Left side
  • Middle
  • Right side

Step 2: Choose Your Fullness

Fullness refers to the extra fabric used to create a soft, wavy drape. While you provide the actual width of your window or track, we use that as a base and apply additional fabric to achieve the desired visual effect.

You’ll select your preferred fullness in the next step

  • Exact (0%) – Clean and minimalist, no extra fabric.
  • Minimalist (+10%) – A slight gather, simple and modern.
  • Standard Modern (+50%) – A balanced, softly pleated look.
  • Luxurious (+100%) – Deep folds and a rich, elegant drape.

No need to do extra math — just choose the look you want, and we’ll calculate the final curtain width accordingly.
